Honey has been believed from a long time ago for treatment. Honey was also good for body care, there are several therapies with honey as the main ingredients, like:
- Weekly mask. Clean your face with warm water, and then apply a tablespoon of honey on the face. Massage your face for five to 10 minutes. Next treatment is wash with warm water. Do this treatment one or two times a week to clean the face from the bacteria.
- Honey Bath. Mix two ounces of honey with eight ounces of water and five drops of lavender essential oil. Put one to two tablespoons of the mixture on the bathtub and soak your body to relax. This treatment is also good to fight insomnia.
- Honey conditioner. Mix a half cup of honey with two tablespoons of olive oil. Apply this after you wash your hair. Let stand for 30 minutes to cover the hair with shower cap. Wash and clean the hair as usual.
- Honey Scrub. Mix two tablespoons of almonds that are finely ground with a tablespoon of honey and 10 drops of lemon juice. Apply on face and rub gently. And then wash face with warm water.
