Transparent Smartphone By Polytron
A
smartphone is a mobile phone with a smart operating system. This phone model is
completed by more advanced computing capability connectivity than a feature
phone. Such as: portable media players, compact digital cameras, pocket video
cameras, GPS navigation, high-resolution touch screens and web browsers
including Wi-fi and mobile broadband. Mobile app markets and of mobile commerce
have been added inside smartphone products. But, have you ever seen transparent smartphone? We can find
a new model of smartphone everyday. Polytron Tecnologies showed off a prototype of the world's first
transparent smartphone. A Taiwanese technology manufacturer has released a video featuring the
futuristic prototype of transparent smartphone. It’s a futuristic-looking
prototype.
Maybe Polytron may not be as popular as
Samsung, Sony atauBlackBerry. However, Polytron has shown its presence in the
smartphone market with its Wizard Twins, Crystal Wizard, and several other
smartphone products. Polytron's smartphone prototype isn't perfect yet, even
the truth is not yet worthy called as "smartphone" because the
operating system or application isn't installed.
Transparent Smartphone is made of material called Switchable Glass. The glass using a molecular liquid crystal in order to display images like LCD screens. The prototype smartphone from Polytron is transparent at first glance like a piece of glass that has a touchscreen display. Only a few components that are visible on the smartphone, the board, memory chips, and the camera, other than that everything is transparent. The batteries and SIM card remain visible, as does the power switch up top. Unfortunately, the design does not show what size SIM chip will be incorporated.
SamYu, Polytron's general manager, told Macworld, “This smartphone will enter the market in 2013, believe me that handset makers have offered to cooperate with us for this technology. The technology is mature." Polytron Technologies is pushing to provide a final product before the end of 2013.
