LG Announces Two New Smartphones: G First and G2 Lite
The presence of LG in smartphone market has grown enormously, especially thanks to the excellent G2 and G3, the last two top-of-the-range produced by the company. However, this to technology giant Korean does not seem to be enough. In fact, today has formalized in Brazil two new smartphones for the lower end of the market: G First and G2 Lite.
G first is equipped with a IPS display 5 inch with resolution 480 x 854 and is powered by a Qualcomm processor (LG has not specified which exactly) quad-core 1.3 GHz. In addition we have 1 GB of RAM, 8 GB of internal storage expandable via microSD, rear camera 8 MP front and 1.3 MP, Battery 2460 mAh and Android OS 4.4 KitKat.
With regard to the G2 Lite, do not be fooled by the name: it has nothing in common with the tip of the last year. We find a display of 4.5 inch 400 x 800, Qualcomm processor (also not specified but probably identical to that present in G First) quad-core 1.2 GHz, 1 GB RAM, 8 GB of internal memory, rear camera 8 MP accompanied to the front by a VGA and Android OS 4.4 KitKat.
The battery is only 1820 mAh, but given the hardware less demanding present on the G2 Lite, this should not prove to be a problem.
